Paul Heretakis
Paul Heretakis, RA, has designed hundreds of restaurants, bars and lounges over the past 10 years for casino giants Harrah's, MGM Mirage, the Venetian and Trump. He has designed a third restaurant for Mario Batali, a buffet for Paula Deen and several other celebrity chef projects.
